What is the MOQ for custom resistance bands with logo?
For custom logo printing (OEM/private label), the MOQ is just 200 sets — one of the lowest in the industry. For wholesale orders without logo, MOQ is 1,000 sets. Custom Pantone colors are available upon request.
What logo printing methods are available?
We offer three methods: silk screen printing (best for simple logos, 1-3 colors), heat transfer printing (best for multi-color or photographic logos), and laser engraving (permanent, premium look). We recommend silk screen for most orders — it is the most durable and cost-effective.
Can I get exact Pantone color matching?
Yes. Provide your Pantone code (e.g., Pantone 7462 C) and we will color-match your bands exactly. We produce our own TPE pellets in-house, so we can create virtually any color. Dual-color and gradient designs are also available.
What packaging options do you offer?
Options include: OPP bag (most economical), kraft paper wrap, printed color box (custom artwork), drawstring carry bag, and full retail packaging with your branding, UPC barcode, and FBA labeling. We can also design packaging for you.
How long does a custom order take?
Timeline depends on complexity. Stock colors with logo: 15-20 business days. Custom Pantone colors with logo: 20-25 days. Full custom (color + logo + packaging design): 25-35 days. All timelines start after sample approval and deposit.
Can I see a sample before committing to a bulk order?
Absolutely. We provide pre-production samples with your exact color and logo for approval before mass production begins. Standard sample lead time is 7-10 days. Sample costs are credited toward your first bulk order.
