TAICLET (Danyang Taiclet New Material Technology Co., Ltd) in Danyang, Jiangsu. We compound our own SEBS-based TPE pellets and produce 30M+ latex-free bands per year. We are a TPE-only factory — we do not make latex, natural rubber, or fabric bands.
Are TAICLET resistance bands really latex-free?
Yes. All bands are 100% TPE with zero natural rubber latex proteins. They are RoHS certified and phthalates-free, suitable for gyms, hospitals, clinics, and schools.
What is the MOQ for OEM / custom logo resistance bands?
OEM with logo printing starts at 200 sets. Wholesale without logo is 1,000 sets. Custom Pantone colors are 500 pcs per color. Trial orders are considered case-by-case. Stock samples ship in 3–5 days.
What makes TPE better than latex for resistance bands?
TPE is hypoallergenic, odorless, recyclable, and more UV-stable than natural latex. TAICLET compounds SEBS-based TPE in-house, so resistance, color, and hardness stay consistent from batch to batch. The tradeoff is slightly lower elasticity at the same thickness, which is why our pull-up bands use a 4.5 mm profile.

How long do TAICLET TPE bands last?
Pull-up bands are tested to 10,000+ stretch cycles at 3× elongation on our in-house fatigue tester. Under normal use (3–4 sessions per week), a band typically lasts 12–18 months if kept away from sharp edges, extreme heat, and prolonged UV.
