Danyang Taiclet New Material Technology Co., Ltd. is a vertically integrated manufacturer specializing in TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) resistance bands. We produce our own TPE raw material and manufacture finished bands in-house — giving us complete control over quality, consistency, and cost.
Why We're Different
Most resistance band "manufacturers" are actually trading companies that outsource production. They buy TPE pellets from one supplier, send them to a contract factory, and sell you the finished product.
TAICLET is different. We manufacture our own TPE pellets in-house. This means we control the exact formulation — elasticity, durability, texture, color — at the molecular level. When we say our bands last 30,000+ stretch cycles, we know exactly why: because we engineered the material ourselves.
This vertical integration also means faster lead times, lower costs, and the ability to create truly custom formulations for demanding applications like physical therapy and professional athletics.

Our Production Process
From raw TPE pellets to packaged, ready-to-ship resistance bands — everything happens under one roof.
Step 01
TPE Compounding
We formulate and extrude our own TPE pellets, controlling elasticity, hardness, and color at the raw material level.
Step 02
Band Extrusion
TPE pellets are heated and extruded into continuous band sheets, then cut to precise dimensions (width, thickness, length).
Step 03
QC & Testing
Every batch undergoes stretch-cycle testing, dimensional checks, and visual inspection. RoHS compliance verified.
Step 04
Packing & Shipping
Custom packaging (OPP bags, kraft paper, color boxes, retail-ready) and worldwide shipping via sea or air freight.
