Are TAICLET resistance bands really latex-free?
Yes. All TAICLET bands are made from 100% TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer), which is completely latex-free and hypoallergenic. We manufacture our own TPE pellets in-house, giving us full control over material composition. Our bands are RoHS certified and phthalates-free.
What is the MOQ for custom/OEM orders?
For custom logo printing (OEM/private label), the MOQ is just 200 sets — one of the lowest in the industry. For wholesale orders without logo, MOQ is 1,000 sets. Contact us for a precise quote based on your specifications.
What makes TPE better than latex for resistance bands?
TPE offers several advantages over natural latex: it is hypoallergenic (no risk of latex allergy), odorless, eco-friendly (recyclable), and has consistent elasticity. TPE bands also resist UV degradation better than latex. The main tradeoff is that TPE is slightly less elastic at the same thickness, which is why our bands use optimized 4.5mm thickness for maximum performance.
Can you do custom colors and logo printing?
Absolutely. We support full Pantone color matching, dual-color designs, gradient colors, and macaron pastels. Logo options include silk screen printing, heat transfer, and laser engraving. We also offer custom packaging: OPP bags, kraft paper, color boxes, and custom retail packaging with your branding.
Do you supply chair bands for schools?
Yes. Our TPE chair bands are designed for classroom use — they wrap around chair legs so students can quietly bounce their feet. They are latex-free (safe for schools), silent (no classroom disruption), and available in bulk packs of 10, 20, or 30. We also offer custom colors and logo printing for school districts.

Our TPE pull up bands are tested to withstand 30,000+ stretch cycles without significant elasticity loss. Under normal use (3-4 workouts per week), a band typically lasts 12-18 months. Proper care — avoiding sharp objects, extreme heat, and prolonged UV exposure — extends lifespan further.
